- For purchases made and delivered within the United States: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. The parties irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal.
- For purchases made and delivered within India: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. The parties irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal. (Disclaimer: Shipments to India have not yet been initialized and shall be updated in due course of time)
