Returns and Exchange

Due to the perishable nature of our products and for food safety and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges on any of our products.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take the utmost care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged in transit or an incorrect item, please notify us immediately.


Procedure for Damaged/Incorrect Items

  • You must contact our Customer Support team at sales@himalayantreasures.com within 48 hours of the delivery time recorded by the courier.
  • Your email must include:
  1. Your full name and Order Number.
  2. A clear photograph or video showing the specific damage to the product and the condition of the shipping box it arrived in.
  3. For incorrect items, a photo of the item you received, and description of the item you had originally ordered.
  4. A copy of the original bill or receipt (proof of purchase).
  • Our team will review your claim within 3 business days. If the claim is approved, we will, at our sole discretion, either issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement item at no additional cost to you.

Please Note

Claims made after the 48-hour window or claims submitted without sufficient photographic evidence will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please do not dispose of the damaged item until we have concluded our investigation and notified you on the next steps being taken by us.
