Order Processing

Upon successful payment, your order is securely transmitted to our distribution partner. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and dispatch. Orders are processed on business days (e.g., Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email or text confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Shipping Regions & Services

  • United States: We ship from our US distribution partner’s warehouse across US.
  • India: We ship from our Indian distribution partner’s warehouse to all serviceable pin codes across India.
    (Disclaimer: Shipments to India have not yet been initialized and shall be updated in due course of time)

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are included in the product price. However, nominal order processing charges shall be levied.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

  • United States: Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days.
  • India: Metro Cities: 3-5 business days. Other Locations: 5-9 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking ID. You can use this ID to track your order on the designated courier's website. The tracking ID information is also correspondingly updated in the website.

Unexpected Delays

All delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. While we strive to ensure your order arrives on time, delivery exceptions or delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our direct control such as wrong address information or inclement weather. If your delivery is more than 5 business days late with no tracking updates, please email your name and order details to sales@himalayantreasures.com for assistance.
